[ Needs ]

20cm ribbon (Thickness 2.5cm)

17cm ribbon (Thickness 2.5cm)

14cm ribbon (Thickness 2.5cm)

5cm short ribbon

Place double-side tape on the back side of 20cm ribbon (middle part)

Fold both sides into middle part

Fold 17cm and 14cm ribbon like this too

Use wire or thread to tie up the middle part of ribbon
